材料


- 豬絞肉600g

- 乾香菇10朵

- 醬油100ml

- 開水400ml

- 適量油蔥酥

- 白胡椒粉一大匙

- 五香粉一大匙

- 八角一粒

作法


1. 香菇泡軟切丁,紅蔥頭切片之後炸油蔥酥

2. 豬絞肉倒入鍋子內,攤平後中火開始煎,之後翻面把絞肉炒熟,慢慢會開始出水,之後炒到水份蒸發,會剩清的豬油後,倒入香菇丁拌炒,炒香後倒入醬油100ml,再倒入油蔥酥繼續炒一下

3. 倒入開水400ml及一顆八角,拌勻後煮滾

4. 煮滾後移到電鍋的內鍋,外鍋2杯水,煮到電鍋跳就完成囉

5. 最後淋上他的靈魂伴侶鳳梨味噌辣醬🤤
