紅石榴醬烤白花椰菜

作法


1) [烤箱可先以200度預熱] 切除部分白花椰菜底部,並倒著放
2)製作醬料: 將油、水、香蒜粒、韓國辣椒粉、薑黃粉、孜然粉、鹽巴、黑胡椒、紅椒粉、糖、芝麻醬及紅石榴辣醬依照比例放入碗中拌勻。
3)調好的醬均勻塗抹在白花椰菜上,靜置5分鐘後翻面,將剩餘醬料均勻淋在白花椰菜上
4)將白花椰菜放入烤箱中,烤約45分鐘,可於35分鐘後看看是否完成[沒有烤箱的朋友可以使用氣炸鍋,200度約25分鐘,接著使用鋁箔紙蓋住上方避免燒焦,再放入約10分鐘]
5)撒上香菜或蔥就完成嘍!
