辣太后的起源：從產地到餐桌

Our Story

We’re Jane and Denner, two people who left their laptops behind in New York to pursue life in Taiwan. As we roamed our neighborhood wet markets (菜市場), tasting fresh fruits and getting to know local vendors and farmers, we fell in love with the wealth of fresh produce available in Taiwan and quickly became inspired to do more with it.

Empress Hot Sauce is our way of sharing our story of Taiwan—full of fresh fruits, flavors, and deep connections with the people who grow the food we eat.
