關於退換貨與訂單取消

辣太后就是希望大家能吃的安心又開心。 若您有對我們的商品有任何的不滿，可以寫email 至 客服信箱 hello@empresshotsauce.com 在7天內可進行退換貨程序。

一、為維護您的權益，在您收到貨品後，請儘速確認您所訂購的商品，建議開啟包裹時全程錄影存證，確認辣醬是否為完整狀態，如有非人為因素所致之商品損毀、刮傷、或運輸過程造成包裝破損不完整的情形，請於收貨日當天內來電或 email 客服 hello@empresshotsauce.com 或FB私訊告知客服人員，我們會盡快為您處理。
 
二、如您需辦理退換貨時，請提供以下資訊：
(1)   訂單號碼
(2)   姓名及聯絡電話
(3)   退、換貨原因
(4)   商品問題照片/影片
 
三、當您欲退貨時，依民法規定，您與本店鋪應互負交易解除回復原狀之責，因此：
(1)    請您維持商品之全新狀態，並請確保主要商品、、提袋、贈品、發票、相關配件等均無任何遺漏，連同原本的包裝一併退回，以便本店鋪為您處理退款事宜。
(2)   若商品發生因不當使用、拆卸等人為因素所致之毀損、刮傷、髒污、包裝破損不完整之情況；或商品、提袋、發票、明細等遺失，導致無法完整退回本店鋪時，本店鋪將向您酌收回復原狀之費用，或依商品之保存狀況按比例向您請求商品之價額。
 
四、訂單取消
 (1)  當您完成訂單時，請在2天內完成付款，否則可能會被取消訂單或延後到貨日期，敬請配合，謝謝。

 (2)  您於辣太后網站下單完成付款後，若因故需取消訂單，需在原訂到貨日的4個工作日前(不含原到貨日、不含例假日、國定假日)，且於下午17:00前，以客服電話、EMAIL、FB私訊功能，通知該筆訂單取消，並經客服回覆確認後，訂單取消方為成立。

(3)   您於原訂到貨日的4個工作日前(不含原到貨日、不含例假日、國定假日)取消訂單，將酌收30元手續費, 此為第三方金流手續費。

(4)  確認退貨訂單，本店鋪將於10日內以信用卡刷退或匯款方式完成退款。(實際退款日請洽發卡銀行)



We want you to be happy with your sauce! If you find that you're not satisfied with our flavors, you can be eligible for a return within 7 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@empresshotsauce.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
