Avocado and Shrimp Open Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 slices of baguette
- 1 garlic
- 9 shrimp
- 1/3 avocado (can be adjusted according to preference)
- 1 tablespoon of shredded purple onion
- 1 tablespoon of mango hot sauce (can be adjusted according to preference)
Steps
- Peel the garlic, cut it in half, and rub it on the baguette.
- After the shrimp is cooked, peel the shell for later use.
- Slice the avocado.
- Put avocado slices on the baguette, then put shrimp, sprinkle with chopped onions, drop a few drops of mango hot sauce.
