Empress Smoky Hibiscus Hot sauce meets Pork Dumplings with fried shallots

Ingredients:
Filling
- 300g pork mince
- 10g ginger, grated
- 30g Empress Smoky Hibiscus Hot Sauce
- 30 g egg white
- 5g soy sauce
- 10g sesame oil
- 5g salt
- 1g white pepper
- 5g cornstarch
Sauce
- 5g sugar
- 2g MSG
- 5g soy sauce
- 15 g scallion oil
- 20g Empress Smoky Hibiscus Hot Sauce
- 15g hot water
- 15g fried shallots
Others
- 40 g shallots
- 150 g neutral oil
- Cut Coriander stalks for garnish
- Dumpling wrappers
Steps

Fried Shallots:
Cut the shallots into thin, uniform rings and fry them in medium-hot oil until crispy. Set aside. -
Filling:
Combine the pork mince with the egg white, Empress Smoky Hibiscus Hot Sauce and mix . Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes uniform and slightly sticky. -
Dumplings:
Place a spoonful of filling onto a dumpling wrapper, fold the wrapper, and seal the edges with water. -
Cook:
Cook the dumplings in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. -
Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients. -
Assemble & Serve:
Add cooked dumplings to the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with crispy fried shallots and coriander. Serve immediately.
