香菇肉燥飯

材料:

豬絞肉600g

乾香菇10朵

醬油100ml

開水400ml

適量油蔥酥

白胡椒粉一大匙

五香粉一大匙

八角一


作法:

香菇泡軟切丁,紅蔥頭切片之後炸油蔥酥

豬絞肉倒入鍋子內,攤平後中火開始煎,之後翻面把絞肉炒熟,慢慢會開始出水,之後炒到水份蒸發,會剩清的豬油後,倒入香菇丁拌炒,炒香後倒入醬油100ml,再倒入油蔥酥繼續炒一下

倒入開水400ml及一顆八角,拌勻後煮滾

煮滾後移到電鍋的內鍋,外鍋2杯水,
煮到電鍋跳就完成囉
