第三款芒果辣醬是大辣的代表,採用台灣的愛文芒果搭配朝天椒製成,口味甜中帶酸,辣度非常夠,吃了很過癮,各種料理樣樣都可搭配,太太做了酪梨鮮蝦開放式三明治來搭配這款芒果辣醬,整體搭配吃起來有種彷彿在夏天渡假的悠閒感覺(狂笑)。

酪梨鮮蝦開放式三明治

材料:

法棍切片 3片

大蒜 1顆

草蝦 9尾

酪梨 約1/3顆

紫洋蔥末 1大匙

芒果辣醬 約1大匙

作法:

大蒜去皮後切半,輕抹在法棍上。

草蝦燙熟後剝殼備用。

酪梨肉切片。

在法棍上放上酪梨片,再放上蝦仁,撒上洋蔥碎,滴幾滴芒果辣醬,完成。
