材料


- 菲力骰子牛

- 鹽巴

- 黑胡椒

- 鳳梨味噌辣醬

- 鳳梨

- 洋蔥

- 櫛瓜

- 伍斯特醬

作法


1. 菲力骰子牛擦乾血水,用鹽巴、黑胡椒抓醃

2. 櫛瓜切片,鳳梨切適口大小,洋蔥切丁

3. 熱鍋爆香洋蔥丁,炒香後倒入鳳梨拌炒,將鳳梨炒軟後,「先炒櫛瓜」,再加入骰子牛

4. 炒熟後用伍斯特醬、鹽巴、鳳梨味噌辣醬調味就完成囉
