辣味豬血糕

材料:

豬血糕 1塊

花生 1杯(當然也可以買現成的花生粉)

芫荽 4根

鳳梨味噌辣醬 1大匙

醬油膏 1大匙

作法:

豬血糕蒸熟後切塊。

花生去皮後用調理機用慢速打成粉。

芫荽洗淨後切末。

鳳梨味噌辣醬與醬油膏攪拌均勻備用。

在一盤中倒入花生粉及芫荽攪拌均勻,將豬血糕抹上醬料,放進盤中沾滿花生粉即可。
