- 菲力骰子牛擦乾血水，用鹽巴、黑胡椒抓醃
- 櫛瓜切片，鳳梨切適口大小，洋蔥切丁
- 熱鍋爆香洋蔥丁，炒香後倒入鳳梨拌炒，將鳳梨炒軟後，「先炒櫛瓜」，再加入骰子牛
- 炒熟後用伍斯特醬、鹽巴、鳳梨味噌辣醬調味就完成囉
