材料


- 豬血糕 1塊

- 花生 1杯(當然也可以買現成的花生粉)

- 芫荽 4根

- 鳳梨味噌辣醬 1大匙

- 醬油膏 1大匙

作法


1. 豬血糕蒸熟後切塊

2. 花生去皮後用調理機用慢速打成粉

3. 芫荽洗淨後切末

4. 鳳梨味噌辣醬與醬油膏攪拌均勻備用

5. 在一盤中倒入花生粉及芫荽攪拌均勻,將豬血糕抹上醬料,放進盤中沾滿花生粉即可
